I thank you all very much for being here. You’ve watched me fall 9 times and get back up 10! If you’ve been here since Day and Night Book 1, we’re pretty much locked in and I’m forever grateful! If you joined this Okawmmay family at Book 3, Book 29, Book 80, or Book 110- I absolutely LOVE you for your support. This interview is the most open I’ve done yet and I’m glad to answer the questions that many have asked before- as you’ll see how much I’ve changed, grown and stood 10 toes on what I believe it.

The Buffness Diaries was created on March 28th, 2017, around 10pm on Wattpad. Book One opened a door for me that I didn’t even realize I needed. It allowed me to explore my insecurities, fantasies, and a fictional world I had lived in privately for years before finally sharing it with all of you.

Since then, this series has reached over 5 million readers worldwide, sold thousands of copies, and built a fan base that I will forever love and be grateful for. Along the way I’ve had the privilege of doing interviews, being featured in articles, and watching this story grow far beyond what I ever imagined that night in 2017.

Like any creative journey, there have been ups and downs. But the overwhelming majority of this experience has been positive and deeply fulfilling. I love being a storyteller. I love the freedom that comes with writing and creating worlds where anything is possible.

As we celebrate the 9th birthday of The Buffness Diaries, I wanted to create something special. While revisiting and editing older stories, I found myself inspired all over again. That inspiration led to the very first quote book for the series with another yearly interview. 

This collection features over 110 quotes from some of your favorite characters. Spanning from Book One through Book Twenty, it includes moments that made it into the books as well as lines that never did.

I hope you enjoy reading these words as much as I enjoyed creating them.
